Dresdner RCM Endowment Policy Trust 2003 plc announces

that on 22nd January 2003 it re-purchased, for cancellation,

20,000 Ordinary 10p Shares (representing

0.07% of the issued Ordinary capital), at the

price of 206p per Ordinary Share.

Settlement and cancellation of the re-purchased 20,000

Ordinary Shares is due on 27th January 2003 when

the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 29,270,248 Ordinary

10p Shares.
