In accordance with the requirements of the London Stock Exchange Listing Rule 
9.6.11, DP Property Europe Limited ("the Company") announces that Mr Paul Smith 
and Mr Anthony Foster, both non-executive directors, have been appointed to the 
Board of the Company. The effective date of both appointments is 09 July 2010. 
 
In accordance with the requirements of the London Stock Exchange Listing Rule 
9.6.13, the Company announces that Mr Paul Smith has informed the Company that 
he was previously a non-executive director of Invista Foundation Property Trust 
Limited from which he resigned with effect from 13 March 2006. Invista 
Foundation Property Trust Limited is listed on the London Stock Exchange and 
Channel Island Stock Exchange. 
 
The Company further announces that Mr Paul Smith and Mr Anthony Foster have no 
further declarations to make under the London Stock Exchange Listing Rule 
9.6.13. 
 
In accordance with the requirements of the London Stock Exchange Listing Rule 
9.6.11, the Company announces that Mr David Pinckney, Mr Nicholas Moss, Mr 
Christopher Sherwell and Mr David Allison have ceased to be non-executive 
directors of the Board of the Company with effect from 09 July 2010 following 
the resolutions passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the 
Company held on 09 July 2010. The results of the EGM have been released 
separately to this announcement.
