Shareholder Update 
 
A  letter has today been  sent to all shareholders  which includes the following 
update: 
 
?Forthcoming dividend 
As  you  will  be  aware,  the  Company?s  objective  is  to seek to realise its 
investments  after three in order to return funds to Shareholders.   This process 
is  now underway and I am pleased to confirm the declaration of a dividend of as 
follows: 
 
 
  Amount                                                 10.0p per share 
 
  Payment date                                                  8 January 2010 
 
  Ex dividend date                      20 December 2009 
 
 
The  dividend will be  paid to shareholders  on the register at 18 December  2009 
and  brings total dividends  paid to Shareholders  since the Company?s launch to 
16.0p per share. 
 
A significant number of additional investment disposals are expected to complete 
shortly.    These proceeds will fund a  further dividend of approximately 40p per 
share which the Board estimates will be paid in March 2010. 
 
Future  dividend payments are more difficult  to accurately estimate as they are 
dependent  on investment exits where  firm plans for how  these will be achieved 
are not yet in place.   The Board does however expect that further dividends will 
be paid later in 2010.?
