   At the General Meeting of Downing Structured Opportunities VCT 1 plc 
 
   ("GM") held today, all resolutions were passed. 
 
   Each of the scheduled class meetings failed to obtain a quorum and so 
each meeting was adjourned.  The adjourned class meetings will take 
place on Friday 10 July 2015 at Ergon House, Horseferry Road, London 
SW1P 2AL as follows:
