Appointment of Share Registrar in the UK
Doriemus plc (Listed in Australia ASX:DOR and listed in London NEX:DOR) (“Doriemus” or the “Company”) advises that with effect from today, it has appointed Computershare Investor Services plc (Computershare UK) as its share registrar in the UK. The change in registrar follows the appointment of Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited as the Company's share registrar in Australia as part of the IPO and listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The Company believes the appointment of Computershare UK will streamline the process for shareholders who wish to transfer their shareholding from one exchange to another.
Full details on how to transfer your NEX Exchange Shareholding to the ASX, and vice versa, is available on the Company's website at www.doriemus.co.uk under the section “About the Company”.
