  DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS 
 

  Tel-Aviv, Israel - May 5, 2010 - Dori Media Group ("DMG" or "the Company"), the international media company active in the field of television, with a focus on production, distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, would like to disclose the following share dealings by directors. 
 

  Tamar Mozes Investments Ltd. ("TMI") acquired on 5 May 2010 2,653 ordinary shares of 0.1NIS each ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 73p per share. This current dealing takes TMI's direct and indirect holding in DMG to 73,705 Ordinary Shares, or 0.27% of the issued share capital. 
 

  As a result of her interest in TMI, and in Mapal Communications Ltd, a company which also holds shares in DMG, Ms. Tamar Mozes Borovitz, Chairman of the Company, now has an indirect interest of 5,866,748 Ordinary Shares or 21.42% of DMG's issued share capital respectively.
