shocking b.s.

TOPINFO - 13 Jul'11 - 19:59 - 123514 of 123583

humbugg hence why share price at historic low but its starting to turn around and its cleared debt with property sales leaving assets for basically nowt. Once DISL had a share price of over 30p. Its now under 1p.

The business and its name and assets worth well in excess of £1.5 million mkt cap IMHO. Not one for investors who dont like high risk, but with high risk comes big rewards if you get it right and I reckon there is no downside now at DISL, only upside. However If Im proved wrong I shall eat humble pie.

Oh dear, I did try and warn them but they didn't want to listen as usual . . .

I have never made a single post re SAR or SOLO . . . moreforuseless is posting lies and is part of a pump and dump ring on the CR thread who have helped create the spikes on the DISL chart . . .

Back to the matter in hand . . . DISL looks like a bit of a basket case ATM and quite possibly won't be around to benefit from any upturn in the market despite what Halfords and the Caravanning Club say IMHO . . . the balance sheet is weak with £10m of intangibles included in the net asset figure of £7m . . . potential further impairments make the balance sheet look weaker still . . . they are running out of assets to sell to reduce debt . . . margins have been "compressed" . . . the outlook statement says it all IMHO . . . obviously I would be interested to listen if anyone can put forward a cogent investment case . . .

To claim DISL has ". . . cleared debt with property sales leaving assets for basically nowt . . ." is complete rubbish . . . even a cursory glance at the balance sheet will prove this is untrue . . . hence the qualification in the accounts . . .

-- Although the Directors are satisfied that the Group and Company has the ability to continue to trade within its current financing arrangements, they recognise that the current economic environment presents significant challenges. As explained in Note 1, the Directors recognise that future trading performance in the current economic environment is difficult to forecast with certainty and a period of underperformance against forecast would have a significant effect on cash flows and would adversely impact on the Group's ability to operate within existing facilities and the terms of the CVA.

NO NEWS & COMMENTS FOR ALMOST A MONTH-- CAN ANYONE SHED SOME LIGHT ON THIS STOCK--WEATHER SEEMS TO BE MUCH BRIGHTER--BUSINESS MUST BE VERY GOOD--LATEST TRADING UPDATE WOULD CALM THE MARKET AS WELL AS THE PRIVATE INVESTORS LIKE US. IT IS FRUSTRATING AND ANXIETY IS DRIVING US ALL MAD.

I was wondering earlier why the directors hadn't brought in before the results of the CVA, seems they were buying on Friday, surprised that was allowed. I am glad that I brought at 0.6p earlier in the week.

I agree at some stage there could be a rights issue to pay off that expensive non performing loan (if they do not manage to sell off the freehold land). However this would only be achievable if investors have confidence in the company and at the moment we are not at that stage yet.

This CVA was put into place with the expectation that trading over the foreseeable future will be tough and the finances should cope with difficult trading over the course of the next 18 months.

But good to see all the directors buy-in.

I think that if you have no vested interest in this share ie david77 and eric why be here? there are others BB's you can pester! personally i like this as i own quite a few shares and like other investors, im keen to see this share do well!
Sorry David im guessing then you hvae inside info as to how many sales they have from the site managers you know?, i dont recall that in the RNS
I think they said there was an upturn in sales in march and april however customer confidence remains low, which you'd expect in a recession, but to come out and point blank tell all share holders and potential buyers old news is plain daft!

TOP and Harmoye, i see many investors now coming to the table and at these prices they won't be in and out for a quick profit.
We have seen a few getting out today, but i guess they got in like i did @ .71p and having tripled my investment, can only say im here for a long time yet.
All those who are seeing the potential of this company, will reap the rewards, It is a buyers market, if you have got it, invest it!
Disco will do well this year as many of the good British public will be staying in the UK for there hols and as we know Britain is Europes biggest Caravan and motorhome fan base.
Sales are up 25% and that is just upto easter, wait till Summer, i think someone said these went upto 32p? who knows what the possiblities are of this company now surpassing that figure, they are cutting the losses on the sites not making money and concentrating on those who do well, thats good business in my mind!

Well done all the holders and new buyers of this share, im sure the future is v. bright

David...Oh I fully agree that 10p+ is on the cards here but I was trying to be conservative that 8p is easily achievable by June/July, which is only a couple of months away. Medium to longer term I see this stock many multiples higher but if you post things like that you get accused of being a ramper. I check that Ive got the figures right on this one every day and every day I see I have but cant work out even after the rise its had why its still being given away to investors at these silly prices. However Im happy to be holding and buying more as funds dictate. We should see 3p tomorrow.!!

8p is my first( and I believe )realistic target.

It may take a few weeks, but I can wait.

Patience is required. More investors will realise the potential and will find a few hundred pounds in which to get a meaningful stake in an 8 bagger.
Put in £500 get out £4000. Seems a good bet to me. Of course put in £5000 get out £40000. Enough to buy a nice motorhome. " everyone`s a winner "

i seem to remember some company - was it proactive investors/investors champion? trying to seduce me with shares in this dog at a discount of 10% - then at around 22p.

a salutory lesson there when anyone offers you any discount deals

glad i wasn't tempted
