Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA), one of the largest producers and suppliers of graphene-based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, announces that it has been notified that, on 4 May 2017, Marco Ferrari, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 4,500 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP0.67 per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Marco Ferrari has an interest in 11,166 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Group.
