DIMENSION RESOURCES LIMITED ("the Company")

Suspension of Company's Shares

The Directors of Dimension Resources confirm that the Company's shares have been
suspended as the Company has failed to release the Report and Accounts for the
year ended 31 December 2005.

The Directors envisage dispatching the Report and Accounts to shareholders
within 7 days, at which time they expect trading in the shares to be restored.
