RESIGNATION OF NOMINATED ADVISER 
Dimension Resources Limited ("Dimension" or "the Company") announces that it has 
agreed with Grant Thornton UK LLP that Grant Thornton will step down as 
Nominated Adviser with effect from 29 May 2009. Dimension is actively seeking a 
new Nominated Adviser to replace Grant Thornton. 
Brian Moritz, Chairman of the Company, said "I would like to thank Grant 
Thornton for their support through what has been an undeniably difficult period 
for the Company. We have mutually agreed that a new Nomad would be better placed 
to advise during what we hope will be a revival of Dimension's fortunes"
