Deltic Energy Takeover Rumours (DELT)

Takeovers have to be accepted; not a chance here unless you suggest a fraudulent transaction by one or more insiders? In the worst case: Delt has money in the bank to keep ops going for quite a while; Pensacola is abandoned and Selene is exploited as a one trick pony. This is worth a lot more than the current share price, so I cannot see a low ball takeover offer being supported by anybody. Better to have stakes in both Selene and Pensacola, obviously.
