Posting of Notice of AGM and publication of 2016 Annual Report

Defenx PLC (AIM:DFX), the cyber-security software group, confirms that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 ("2016 Annual Report").

The 2016 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been published and are available to view on the Company's website at investors.defenx.com from the Investors menu.

The Company's AGM will be held at 12pm on Tuesday 27 June 2017 at the offices of Taylor Vinters LLP at Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1HQ. The Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders this week along with the 2016 Annual Report for those shareholders who have so requested.
