25/7/2001 08:51 | TOK, I'm not a subscriber, I've just read the info on the links above. seems to be the favourite as far as I can see and it quite clearly states that it doesn't use a proxy server, so access to Napster, streaming media etc is fine, so the answer to your question is "yes", I don't recall reading anything about a cut off time, I suspect that there isn't one.
