The Board of Cyberview Technology, Inc, the leading provider of downloadable
Server-Based Gaming ("SBG") systems to the gaming industry, today announces that
Non-Executive Director Peter Lusk has resigned with immediate effect due to
increasing commitments outside the Company.

Jean-Marie Gatto, President, said:

"We would like to thank Peter for his valuable contribution to Cyberview's
success over the last 10 years. We wish him well for the future."
