The Company announces that, with effect from 8:00 a.m. today, the Company's ordinary shares will commence trading on the ISDX Growth Market under the ticker STG.

The Company's ordinary shares continue to be traded on AIM.

Company Information

Stellar Resources is an investment company which is admitted to trading on AIM, focussed on the natural resources sector. The Company aims to provide a superior return by investing in exploration, development and production assets in the minerals and/or hydrocarbons sector.

In December 2011 the Company acquired a 49% stake in Gold Mines of Wales Ltd, holders of a license to explore 120 square kilometres of the Dolgellau Gold belt in North Wales. It also has a 10% investment in Horse Hill Developments Ltd, the 65% owners and operators of UK onshore exploration licenses PEDL 137 and PEDL 146 (known as Horse Hill).

Donald Ian George Layman Strang, Chairman

Mr. Strang is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and has been in business over 20 years, holding senior financial and management positions in both publicly listed and private enterprises in Australia, Europe and Africa. Mr. Strang has considerable corporate and international expertise and over the past decade has focussed on mining and exploration activities. Mr Strang is a member of both the Audit and Remuneration committees.

Emma Kinder Priestley, Executive Director

Miss Priestley was previously an executive director of Lonrho Plc after working in investment banking for 5 years following a career as a mining engineer. She has a background in mining and financial services having worked with consultants GVA Grimley, IMC Mackay & Schnellmann, investment bank CSFB, advisers VSA Resources and, most recently, Ambrian Partners, where she worked as corporate broker and adviser. Emma is a graduate of Camborne School of Mines, is a chartered Mining Engineer and Chartered Mineral Surveyor.

Further Information

Stellar Resources was admitted to trading on AIM on 12 December 2000 as CSS Stellar plc ("CSS"); a copy of the admission document dated 12 December 2000 is available on the Company's website, www.stellar-resources.com. The Company subsequently changed its name and the nature of its operations on 20 April 2012. Prior to the name change, CSS operated within the media sector.

The Company will remain admitted to trading on AIM following admission to ISDX. Its ordinary shares are eligible for CREST settlement.

The Company is subject to the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
