THE CONYGAR INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC
AGREEMENT WITH PREMIER INN FOR HOLYHEAD HOTEL
The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar"), the property investment and development group, is pleased to announce that it has exchanged a lease agreement with Premier Inn Hotels Ltd to construct an 80 bedroom hotel, with an associated restaurant and bar, at its gateway site at Parc Cybi, Holyhead, Anglesey. The lease and construction of the hotel are conditional on planning approval.
Robert Ware, Chief Executive of Conygar, said: "We are delighted to have agreed terms with such a high-quality partner and are keen to start construction work as soon as possible. Premier Inn is the UK's largest hotel group and their hotel in Holyhead will provide a valuable boost to the town and tourism on the Island."
