Santangello, there was stock around for a while, with buying possible at the mid-price or slightly below, but the overhang seems to have been cleared.

So now we seem to be back to the norm, which is a tightly held stock. The directors hold almost 60% and L&G own 5.3%, and there must be various others just under 3% following the IPO and subsequent placings.

Yes, I have been adding, but not in the amounts I want today.....MMs just not letting me have what I want grrrrr !!!!

Are these always so hard to buy/tightly held.

Being quoted 154.5p and I only want 20k !

Nice start - 12k of buys at the full offer moving the price up 2.5p.

A long way to go here though imho.

Indeed so. I'm also invested in SOM, another USA-based company, which has done extremely well. Plus the CEO here has previously bought, turned around and sold US medical billing businesses, so he's done it all before.

Finncap are imo going to have to increase their forecasts considerably from 15.22p EPS given currency movements and the trading statement 10 days ago.

Good to see a decent £20,000 buy at the full 150p offer price on Friday afternoon.

Just checked the listing requirements for Nasdaq and they wouldn't have met them. I'm guessing that might be the answer..

Yep, it moved up nicely on just a single buy of 2,200 shares! Hopefully this means any overhang has now cleared.

Nice 25,000 share buy from yesterday just reported late. The share price should now climb steadily in the run-up to the interims in mid-September - and we may also get an acquisition or two before that if all goes well (last year there were two acquisitions in September).

Nice to see familiar and respected posters/holders from stocks we similarly hold here (Rivaldo/battlebus), which adds to the confidence too.

I look forward to a very profitable long hold here.

Revenue for the full year expected to be $126 million. That's a 65% increase from the previous year. How much of this drops straight into the bottom line? A considerable amount I'd imagine.

Finncap's brief update this morning (thanks mate) confirms that today's revenue figure of $126.5m is ahead of their expectations, which were $125.3m and have evidently been increased since their January note.

Forecasts will be reassessed after the H1 results, but there is upside potential from organic wins and acquisitions.

The group has $10m net cash and is cash-generative.

They "believe that the current low ratings of 8.4x PER and 3.6x EV/EBITDA in FY2016E significantly undervalue the growth potential in the defensive $37bn US medical billings market and the value-creation potential from Constellations model and strategy."

Yes it's all looking rather good, at today's rate 126 turnover equates to £95 million.

Excellent trading statement this morning, with everything in line with Board expectations. The outturn for both H1 and the full year looks good.

In particular, the RNS notes expected 2016 turnover of more than $126.5m, whereas Finncap's note of 4th January only forecast $121.3m:



This could be a very good year indeed.

A number of acquisitions are being evaluated too, plus organic growth is coming along nicely.

With forecast EPS of 15.22p probably having to be increased 10%-15% on currency translation alone, CHT is imo at least 40%-50% undervalued and possibly a lot more than that given Finncap's 310p target.
