16/6/2016 15:56 | Courtesy to provide an update as I've been bullish on this stock. I had expected a t/s today. Similar to CHTs update at the time of last years AGM. This coupled with the lack of a meaningful trading update in their 23rd March 2016 results RNS has raised the risk profile for me to a level that I wasn't prepared to accept. Hopefully a positive t/s will materialise for holders but I've taken a 10% haircut and dumped my holding as absolutely no appetite for stock, which is to be anticipated in the current market. Normally good news travels fast and they weren't shy in getting contract wins and positive trading details out in 2015. Deathly silence since. Good luck to all holders...hope I've jumped the gun and tomorrow brings a positive update from this evenings AGM. Kind regards, GHF | glasshalfull
15/6/2016 14:48 | AGM is tomorrow | flagon
15/6/2016 13:50 | What happened to the trading update? | dave2608
03/6/2016 12:59 | Always the option of spread betting it. | dave2608
03/6/2016 10:42 | Isn't there anything the house broker can do to assist with making dealing in the shares easier for investors? I have no problem trading online with TDW, but different story with other brokers - who will either not deal at all or only via phone. It's not the first US company to list in London, so that can't be used as an excuse for the poor service levels in trading the stock. It must have a negative impact on the demand side. | closetinvestor
02/6/2016 11:59 | Finncap today reiterate their 310p target here: | rivaldo
02/6/2016 08:23 | Perhaps my email to CHT yesterday morning prompted them to organise their AGM :o)) I'm looking forward to the trading update on 15th June - it should kick things off nicely here. I probably won't go to the AGM as I note that CHT are presenting the next day (16th June) at the Capital Conference in EC1 (along with BLTG, which I also own). It's free to attend: | rivaldo
01/6/2016 19:36 | Buys showing as sells. | dave2608
01/6/2016 15:44 | Just announced...AGM 15th June at Finn Cap | battlebus2
01/6/2016 12:21 | Yes very good to see Riv. | battlebus2
01/6/2016 11:55 | Last year's AGM trading update was on 3rd June, so this year's should be any day now. I've emailed the company to find out the precise date, unless anyone knows the date already? Good to see the price continuing to slowly move back up in advance of the update. | rivaldo
26/5/2016 13:35 | Good to see the upwards move continuing - looks like those large trades took out the seller. Latest forecasts remain at: - this year (2016): 15.22p EPS - next year (2017): 17.18p EPS | rivaldo
23/5/2016 19:44 | Well, if this is the beginning of the next-upleg, it could be an enjoyable ride from here; let's hope so. Looking at the long-term chart in the header, it is quite a nice base pattern from which to build. Patience to be rewarded? | saucepan
23/5/2016 15:33 | Exactly PJ1. This overhang could have been present here for some months, causing the gentle decline whilst buyers or a buying level were found. And we may see the "Buy" side of the trades reported late today or tomorrow (a favourite MM tactic). | rivaldo
23/5/2016 15:10 | The large sells could have been (probably were) worked over a number of days. And remember for every reported buy or sell then the opposite has happened. Trades are only reported from the MM's angle. Whoever it was obviously wanted out urgently I'd guess. Overhangs are sometimes spotted when an II issues a reducing RNS, but no trades match the same amount (hard to find though). I well remember an II announcing they would be reducing in KENZ a couple of years ago. The 'overhang' lasted for 6 months or so if I recall correctly, (bought out) | pj 1
23/5/2016 14:54 | Rivaldo But they were all sells, just under £2 million's worth, which logic would tell you creates an overhang not diminishes one and the share price doesn't budge. Then about £27k's worth of buys and the share price tick upwards. Weird, I just don't get it. The only thing I can think of is that the shares are being sold by one large investor/investors to be immediately bought by another large investor. If this isn't the case, there must be some other plausible explanation. Perhaps someone can enlighten me. | dave2608
23/5/2016 13:38 | ...and an immediate series of ticks upwards suggests perhaps this is the case. | rivaldo
23/5/2016 12:45 | Big trades today - 1.47m shares have gone through at 130p. Hopefully the clearance of an overhang. | rivaldo
18/5/2016 12:58 | It's on a PER of less than 10 on current eps estimates, which will probably be comfortably beaten, if not smashed. This firm is growing at an enormous rate, a potential multi-bagger and people are wanting out with hardly anyone seeming to want in. It's a crazy crazy world we live in! I suppose for the astute and alert this is a massive buying opportunity. Also strange how the price is down on a tiny volume but a buy of 350K on the 6th May (which would probably be equal to a month of sells)didn't take the price in the other direction. | dave2608
18/5/2016 12:27 | Agreed. Only yesterday Finncap reiterated their forecasts at: - this year (2016): 15.22p EPS - next year (2017): 17.18p EPS And CHT still has almost $16m net cash for further acquisitions - almost 10% of the m/cap. Tiny volumes suggest it's just a few bored sellers. The AGM trading update should be coming up soon (last year's was 3rd June), so this will hopefully confirm the positivity in the last results. | rivaldo
18/5/2016 10:34 | Back to near float price which is ridiculous imv given the acquisition and progress we've made since then. | battlebus2
10/5/2016 19:06 | kind of foreign muck hthat can cancel its listing | opodio
10/5/2016 18:07 | We could actually have had a large buy here at 140 reported late this morning... | battlebus2
08/5/2016 00:34 | Another point Salpara111. All small caps lack liquidity but don't forget this lack of liquidity works two ways. If people want in on a share that lacks liquidity, the price can shoot up loads on little trading and the story from Constellation is very compelling. Also Constellation has a market cap of £125 million. Ask yourself at what market cap does a share go from being called a lack of liquidity share to a liquid share. Plus are not the potential real big winners small cap shares that become large cap shares? Small cap shares are where there is some serious money to be made. Of course small caps are a minefield and you have to be very very careful about which ones you invest in. | dave2608
08/5/2016 00:03 | Hardly IMV. | battlebus2 |
