Intercepts 4.82m at 5.48g/t gold at Inishowen, County Donegal

Connemara Mining (AIM: CON) would like to announce the results of the third and fourth hole drilling at Inishowen, County Donegal. Multiple high-grade veins were intercepted over a 4.82m zone grading 5.48g/t gold in hole 16-MR-07. This included a 10cm vein at 74.5g/t, a 24cm vein at 69g/t and a 13cm vein at 17.4g/t gold. The shearing between the veins also contained elevated gold values. This zone was intercepted immediately below the high-grade intercept from the first drilling campaign which revealed 3.05m at 5.79g/t gold. Further drilling will concentrate on this zone and aim to identify it along strike and at depth.

John Teeling, Chairman, commented, "The fourth, and last hole, in the current drilling campaign produced some very good results. Hole 16-MR-07 was located close to the hole in the last campaign which also produced high-gold grades. There is clearly a high-grade gold zone in the area of these holes. The next phase of drilling will be designed to follow the veins.
