RNS Number:8872L Computerland UK PLC 16 January 2008 ComputerLand UK PLC Re Directorate Directorate change ComputerLand UK PLC ('ComputerLand' or 'the Company') are delighted to announce the appointment today of two new executive directors, Andrew Carr (age 34) who will be responsible for managed services sales and Chris Noblet (age 43) who will have responsibility for service delivery. In addition ComputerLand announces that Keith Wilson has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect. Keith was formerly an executive director of the Company with responsibility for managed services sales. Andrew Carr will lead the Company's managed services sales activities. He has extensive experience in IT services, having worked in the sector for the past 12 years. He joined ComputerLand in September 2000 and during the past 7 years has held a variety of sales, managerial and consultancy roles within the Company. Andrew has contributed significantly to developing ComputerLand's managed services business and most recently led our successful bid for the O2 managed services contract. Prior to working for ComputerLand, Andrew held sales, consultancy and management positions with The Database Limited and the Butler Group. Andrew has a BA in Business Studies. Chris Noblet will have responsibility for the Company's service delivery operations. Chris brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked in the IT services market place for the past 20 years. Prior to joining ComputerLand on 1 October 2007, Chris was Customer Services Director at Digica, a providerof IT services to corporate and public sector clients. Chris spent 4 years with Digica and left in July 2007 following the successful sale of the business to Computacenter PLC in January 2007. Prior to his involvement with Digica, Chris held senior IT positions both at Aviva plc where he was Head of IT Infrastructure and at Arthur Andersen where he was the Global Operations Director for Datacentre services.
