CMR Fuel Cells plc ("Company" or "CMR")
Results of General Meeting
The Board of CMR Fuel Cells plc announces that at the General Meeting of the
Company, which took place earlier today, all Resolutions proposed to
shareholders (as set out in the Notice of General Meeting contained in the
Circular published by the Company dated 14 January 2009 (the "Circular")) were
duly passed.
It is expected that the results of the Tender Offer as described in the Circular
will be announced on 12 February 2009.
The Tender Offer and Special Dividend remain conditional upon, inter alia, the
Court approving the Capital Reduction.
Definitions used in this announcement are the same as those used in the Circular
unless otherwise stated.
