The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Michael
Priestnall, one of CMR's founders, left the Board and Company on 23rd August to
pursue alternative opportunities.  He will be continuing to provide
intellectual property services to the Company on a consultancy basis.  The
Board of Directors wish him well for the future and sincere thanks for his
contribution to date.
