In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the Company wishes to announce that it was 
notified on 7 April 2010 that, on 6 April 2010, Dehlsen Associates, LLC gifted 
210,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to 
certain individuals, including 10,000 Ordinary Shares to Albert Baciocco and 
100,000, Ordinary Shares to Sidney Tassin, Non-executive directors of the 
Company. 
 
As a result, Dehlsen Associates, LLC has an interest in 9,044,863 Ordinary 
Shares representing 4.21 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. 
 
Mr. James GP Dehlsen, Chairman of the Board, holds a 68 per cent. interest in 
Dehlsen Associates, LLC and Mr. James B Dehlsen, Non-executive director, holds a 
32 per cent. interest in Dehlsen Associates, LLC. 
 
As a result, the aggregate number of Ordinary Shares in which James GP Dehlsen 
is interested, both directly and indirectly, is 17,395,942, representing 8.11 
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company (such number of shares 
including 2,855,637 shares held by James GP Dehlsen, 9,044,863 shares held by 
Dehlsen Associates, LLC and 5,495,442 shares held by the Dehlsen Family Trust). 
 
The aggregate number of Ordinary Shares in which James B Dehlsen is interested, 
both directly and indirectly, is 15,608,465 representing 7.27 per cent. of the 
issued share capital of the Company (such number of shares including 1,068,160 
shares held by James B Dehlsen, 9,044,863 shares held by Dehlsen Associates, LLC 
and 5,495,442 shares held by the Dehlsen Family Trust). 
 
Mr. James GP Dehlsen and Mr. James B Dehlsen are beneficiaries of the Dehlsen 
Family Trust. 
 
Also as a result, Mr. Sidney Tassin has an interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, 
representing 0.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.  Mr. 
Albert Baciocco has an interest in 95,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04 per 
cent. of the issued share capital of Company.
