Bought a few at 46p..had a good chat with the FD yesterday and whilst he couldnt say anything which was not already in the public domain,I liked his tone of voice and the bullishness regarding the busines going forward

I reckon 2011 results are already in the bag and we should get a TS regarding that very soon (my guess).If so CTN are trading on a PE of just 8.5 for the year ending July 2012....way too cheap for the growth there..

Good write up on CTN. Tip of the Day in UK Analyst today. Here's the header:-
"ClearStream (CTN) was first tipped on WatsHot.com just under two weeks ago. Since then the share price has already shot up by over 6%. But with a growing product range in a niche area of healthcare that looks set for strong growth over the coming years, editor James Faulkner believes the shares have much further to go."

Our results and the rapid growth that we are now experiencing underscore the value of our strategic diversification into the peripheral angioplasty market, which is now the dominant part of our business. It is an exciting growth market where our innovative products have established brand recognition and market leadership. Whilst we have seen a softening of sales in our coronary business, this trend is expected to reverse following the re-launch of our drug eluting stent, the Intrepide, later this year. With a traditionally stronger second half, the Board anticipates a solid performance in the six months to 31 July 2011 and believes that the outlook for ClearStream remains positive."


With the CE approval of intrepid annaounced today looks as if this FY will be above expectations with deliveries made before 31/7. Also positive for 2011/2

Not sure S, probably the latter, but i have had a sneaking feeling that at some point leading to the prelims, that CTN would announce results being ahead of mkt consensus. Could be wrong, but if it was the case we should see further uplift. Either way, i continue to hold and feel that a couple of years on the shares should be considerably higher.

Sadly, the occurence of type 2 are rapidly increasing along with average weight. I've recently embarked on a fittening up campaign and am managing to modify and reduce my previous 15 and a half stone bulk. It's proving much easier than I'd expected.

Very interesting articles regarding massive increase in diabetes, including the ulcerated foot which CTN is serving. Can only benefit the company unless life style changes are made over night.!!

we seem to have had a meagre trickle of buys over recent days, with a sole 20k buy so far today. At least we do seem to have established support now.
