responsibility (PDMR) were granted awards entitling them to acquire Ordinary 
Shares of 25p under the Chloride Group PLC Performance Share Plan as summarised

The exercise price for the above awards is GBP1 for all the ordinary shares to 
which an Award relates. The awards will normally vest on 3 June 2012 subject to 
continued employment and the meeting of a Total Shareholder Return performance 
condition with EPS growth underpin. No consideration was paid for the grant of
