09/3/2010 22:46 | "three policemen helped supervise the demolition team while she was being buried, but did not intervene to protect her" What are the odds of a $10 million indemnity forfeit? I bet the Hong Kong business mafiosa has his mansion in Hunan with gold taps, police and local government in his back pocket. I would bet that the odds of the indemnity being tested are very high | muffinhead

25/2/2010 13:34 | Could just be a coincidence but it occured to me that Linq taking a 26.24% stake in ZRL on 10th December, followed by his rapid departure from CGM only 5 days (edit - 2 working days) later could have been due to a potential conflict of interest | fordtin

04/2/2010 15:40 | Cashing in my chips. Can't bear to see this retrace again and my reality check has kicked in (i'll never make my money back here) All very disappointing, still at least it wasn't me chucking in £25million at 125p! What a waste. | stuart14

25/1/2010 12:07 | yes fordtin, it's a worthy point. My calcs are now revised from 18-31p to 16-29p; surprised to see premium at this stage. Say no claim made against $10m and 29p applies, put some normal discount in, say 30% = 9p, and less 1p for costs in next 8 months, then a reasonable target for october is 19p if cash has not been applied to a project. | giant steps |
