An Aggregate sum of Rs. 15593 lakhs lying in various reserves is proposed to be 
transferred to General Reserve and at the end of the year, Reserves (excluding
Revaluation Reserve) amount to Rs.100932 lakhs inclusive of Rs.15993 lakhs in
General Reserve.

No dividend has been recommended by the Board of Directors for the year 2003-04.
