Revised Final Net Asset Value 
 
As at the close of business on 31 January 2011 the final Net Asset Value per 
share was 106.83 pence. 
 
The previous month end final net asset value was 106.73 pence. 
 
This valuation, which has been prepared in good faith by the Company's 
Administrator, is based principally on formal valuations supplied to the 
Company by the administrators of the Company's underlying investments. Such 
valuations are unaudited and may not comply with generally accepted accounting 
or valuation principles. 
 
The valuation does not include the costs of liquidating the Company in the 
event that the forthcoming Continuation Vote is not passed. These are estimated 
to be 0.32 pence per share.
