Result of General Meeting 
 
The Directors announce that at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier 
today, the Continuation Resolution was not passed and the Winding-Up 
Resolutions were duly passed, and the Company is now in voluntary liquidation. 
 
A copy of the resolutions has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism 
and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. 
 
Cancellation of shares 
 
The Company's participating redeemable preference shares were suspended from 
7:30a.m. today from the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. 
 
It is expected that the listing of the Company's shares will be cancelled by 
8.00a.m. on 18 April 2012.
