The Company announces that the following two announcements were made on the Australian Securities Exchange on 27 November 2012.

Trading Halt

Cash Converters International (ASX:CCV) ("Cash Converters" or "the Company") requests an immediate trading halt be put on its listed securities pending the release of an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising.

Cash Converters requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 29 November ,2012 or when an announcement is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason the trading halt should not be granted, and confirms its compliance with the ASX Listing Rules.

The securities of Cash Converters International Limited (the "Company") will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company.
