Cartucho Group Limited ("Cartucho" or the "Company")
Temporary Suspension of Trading on AIM
On 2 May 2007, the Company announced that it had agreed a loan facility of up to
US$4.5 million. It subsequently drew-down US$1.5 million of this loan facility.
Over the past 6 weeks the Company has experienced an unexpected deterioration in
its trading such that it appears unlikely that it will be able to make further
drawdowns from the aforementioned loan facility. As a consequence the Company
has requested that its ordinary shares are temporarily suspended from trading on
AIM effective from 7 a.m. 11 July 2007 pending clarification of the Company's
financial position. A further announcement will follow shortly.
