CAPE LAMBERT IRON ORE LIMITED
Change in Substantial Shareholding
Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited ("the Company") (ASX: CFE, AIM: CLIO) received
notification today that Marampa Iron Ore Limited, a subsidiary of African
Minerals Limited, has a relevant interest in 61,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the
Company, representing 11.65% of the Company's total voting rights, following the
issue of 17,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 22 January 2009 pursuant
to an agreement announced on the same day.
A full Notice of change of interest of substantial holder was announced to
ASX today and is available on the ASX website www.asx.com.au. This announcement
also includes a copy of the agreement.
