   Limited and FE Marina Investments Limited in the Issuer, 
   First Eastern (Holdings) Limited has increased its shareholding 
   in FE Marina Holdings Limited (which owns 100% of FE 
   Marina Investments Limited) from 72% to 100%. Accordingly, 
   First Eastern (Holdings) Limited is now directly or 
   indirectly the 100% owner of all 98,549,674 shares of 
   the Issuer registered in the names of First Eastern 
   (Holdings) Limited and FE Marina Investments Limited.
