Cairn Homes plc, the Dublin-based homebuilder, announces that Eamonn O'Kennedy, its Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the Company. Eamonn joined Cairn Homes plc in January 2015 as CFO and was instrumental in preparing the Company for its listing on the London Stock Exchange in June 2015 and subsequently led the finance and investor relations functions.

The Board of Cairn will commence a recruitment process to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer. Eamonn will remain with the Company in his role until the new Chief Financial Officer is appointed.

Eamonn O'Kennedy said: "I have been delighted to play a key role in the IPO, initial set-up and development of the Company to its position of strength today, with a market capitalisation of in excess of EUR900m. It has been a pleasure working with Michael, my colleagues and the Board and I wish them every success in the future, as I focus my attention towards my next opportunity."
