On 3 August 2009 the adjusted NAV was 80.1pps compared with todays share price of 17p. So on the face of it BLD is hugely undervalued. But allow a discount for a small company, property, Eastern Europe, majority of shares held by the Directors who want to take it private then the attractions are rather less. Provisional offer, later withdrawn, to take out investors at 30p seemed pretty mean at the time. Dump the shares and move on, or hold/build and keep fingers crossed that value will out in the end? A difficult decision. |

At £6m mkt cap its nearly priced for collapse - if it does turn round upside must be substantial. I would reckon at 20p, its either 0p or 80p+ in a years time. so 4-1 returns if u think the odds are 50/50 on survival. |
