18/4/2012 13:31 | A bid tomorrow of £5 would probably clinch it. IMHO | wywcu1
18/4/2012 12:48 | Really good to see real investors piling in over past few days for a change. Expect as trading dries up in the afternoon for them to try and take it back down to mid 360s on dwindling volume, as is their wont, to gather a bit more stock for tomorrow as the trend is nicely up. imo | cumnor
18/4/2012 12:30 | £7-£11 by end of 2013 has been my expectation since start of 2005 and it now looks more likely than ever......and Cytofab success on top of Varisolve success could deliver a multiple of that expectation. Good luck to all fellow investors. NAI/DYOR etc | moretimeforlife
18/4/2012 12:03 | May have no choice. They have billions in cash and cash generation and are desperate for pipeline which we have. She is tough so would expect very decent price. | cumnor
18/4/2012 11:56 | Can't see Louise entertaining any potential predators at this stage in the company's development. | enormouswillie
18/4/2012 11:50 | Volume as well as strenght. As I said the kind of share you might be watching to get in, hoping it gets cheap but serious investors tend to be doing the same thing as well. As I said at these prices I would expect Big Pharma to be watching. imo | cumnor
18/4/2012 11:34 | Interesting to see if the Shermans will push the share price even higher this afternoon. | fhmktg
18/4/2012 10:43 | Lot's of Zytiga coverage....will bring BTG to the attention of even more investors and bigger pharmas....looking forward to the next ride to higher highs. NAI/DYOR etc | moretimeforlife
18/4/2012 10:09 | Not a share for traders. When 'real' investors want something solid, secure but with huge upside potential (like BTG-don't need to ramp) they will pay, thus the quick recovery on small volume. Not many really good companies going as cheap so good opp imo. I am 100% sure big Pharma with huge amounts of cash on balance sheets but declining pipelines will move in here quickly and take this. I prefer to see it grow as it has a good wide pipeline but fear it'll be gone to some American outfit-AZN are a bit slow. imo | cumnor
18/4/2012 08:57 | does any one know what sales expextations were for ztiga to btg for 2012 | doctor 69
18/4/2012 08:51 | Wow....the higher highs journey seems to have commenced today.....good luck to all fellow investors.....exciti | moretimeforlife
18/4/2012 08:17 | the sales figures for ztiga are really spectacular so q4 2011 145 , q1 2012 200 i would expect q2 250 , q3 300 , q4 350 . This gives $1.1b for year and this equates to £750m at net 3% £22 m net profit to BTG . this is massive and 2013 year could be £40m , these are just my predictions , but this is much bigger than anlaltst reliase | doctor 69
17/4/2012 22:05 | I think LT investors are simply building a stake in what is a very solid company with MASSIVE potential if a few things come together. It's not just about it's Varisolve treatment if sucessful in full Phase 3. The beads could be massive and then something like Voraxze while small will be a nice little earner (metothrexate still very widely used) ? $10ml+ a year. J&J just announced $200ml sales in Zytiga in last quarter and this is just really starting-could be massive-so a nice earner for BTG as well, whatever the royalty rate. I think people are just seeing potential and less risk at these prices. In these times cautious investors will dip their toes in here first. imo | cumnor
17/4/2012 21:20 | Vague talk of takeover cannot be read in charts.LOL | bargainbob
17/4/2012 20:47 | Any chartists have a view as we seem to be approaching the recent high? | superbarnet
17/4/2012 20:16 | Guess will will know by the weekend whats breaking. | bargainbob
17/4/2012 19:42 | a way in which shire could protect itself from an az takeover (see Sunday Times , 15th April) would be for it to takeover btg. | cockneytrader
17/4/2012 17:12 | Clearly nothing! Bizzare behaviour | fhmktg
17/4/2012 15:30 | But WTFDIK! | fhmktg
17/4/2012 14:11 | Are the AT traders deliberately shorting this today - against a sharply rising index? | fhmktg
17/4/2012 12:48 | Cumnor Good point Cytofab is a welcome bonus should it come. If it fails use it as a buying op IMHO | bargainbob
17/4/2012 10:10 | Even on present products, and particularly with potentiial value of bead tech, should be considerably higher, esp with recent Zytiga news as well. Varisolve would be nice but there is nothing in the share price for Cytofab as the odds are considerably against. imo | cumnor
17/4/2012 10:06 | Tracking the indices at the moment, but we are getting back close to the recent highs - further newsflow can't be far away now on Varisolve, Cytofab and bead technology it should be an eciting ride for the next two months! | fhmktg
16/4/2012 11:43 | Of ctofab works , then surely a bid would follow | doctor 69
16/4/2012 11:02 | Looking good today | superbarnet |
