Redemption of Participating Redeemable Preference Shares ("Shares")
In accordance with the notice sent to shareholders on 10 June 2013, Brookwell Limited ("the Company") redeemed 1,412,415 D Shares on 28 June 2013 in a pro rata redemption of D Shares. The redemption price of the D Shares was 49.56p per D Share and the redemption factor was 20.685623%.
Following the cancellation of all the D Shares redeemed, the total number of D Shares with voting rights in the Company will be 5,415,656.
A new ISIN number GG00BBH7KD38 is available for transactions in the D Shares from today and the previous ISIN number of the D Shares (GG00B93MYG96) has expired.
