PDMR Dealings

The Company has been notified that Tim Hall, Chief Executive of Breedon Southern Limited and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR'), has sold 800,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 91.5p per Ordinary Share. The Company has also been notified that Mr Hall's wife, Valerie Hall, has also sold 250,000 Ordinary Shares at the same price.

As at today there are 1,446,562,770 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
