RNS Number:7177M Brammer PLC 27 November 2006 Brammer plc, the European industrial services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paul Forman, as a non executive director with effect from 1 December 2006. Mr Forman (41) has a wide range of corporate finance and international industrial experience and is currently Group Chief Executive of Low & Bonar PLC. Prior to Low & Bonar PLC he was managing director, European Aftermarket Division, of Unipart and had previously held advisory positions in Bain & Company and BZW Corporate Finance. Commenting on this appointment, David Dunn, Chairman of Brammer said: "We are delighted to welcome Paul Forman to the Board. Brammer's strategy is clearly focused on growing its European distribution business and Paul's wide international industrial and corporate finance experience will be of considerable benefit to Brammer in the successful development of that strategy."
