The issuer advises that the following replaces the Holding In Company
announcement released 11/10/2001 under RNS number 5155L.

The figure for the total number of shares in section 12 should have read
5,137,909 instead of 3,475,367 and the figure for the total percentage in
section 13 should have read 10.73% instead of 7.26%.  In section 4, AXA UK
Investment Co ICVC UK Smaller Companies Fund (Non-Beneficial) 1,662,542 was
omitted from the previous announcement.

All other details remain unchanged.  The full amended text appears below.
