RNS Number:0076Z Brammer PLC 24 May 2004 24 May 2004 Brammer plc (the "Company") Board Change Brammer announces that Mr David Hollywood (57) is to retire from the Board today and the Company in due course after an orderly handover of his responsibilities. Mr Hollywood joined Brammer in 1990 as chief executive of the Livingston businesses, which were sold earlier this year, becoming chief executive of Brammer Industrial Services ("BIS") in 1999. His BIS responsibilities will be assumed by Mr Ian Fraser, chief executive of Brammer plc. Mr David Dunn, Chairman of Brammer, commented: "We are indebted to David for his enthusiasm, his commitment, his energy and above all, his professionalism.
