                                    BOARD CHANGE


Brammer, the European industrial services group, today announces that Mr Kevin
Mellor is to retire from the board as planned.



Mr Mellor has been a member of the Brammer board since 1997, becoming senior
independent non-executive director in 2003 and holding the position of chairman
of the remuneration committee.



Mr Chris Conway will become senior independent non-executive director and Mr
Svante Adde will become chairman of the remuneration committee.   Mr Adde was
appointed to the board as independent non-executive director in September this
year; Mr Conway in 1997.



David Dunn, non-executive chairman of Brammer plc, said:



"Kevin has served on the Brammer board for almost 9 years during which time he
has made an immense contribution both as chairman of the remuneration committee
and senior independent non-executive director.  We have valued his wise counsel
and support over those years and wish him well in the future."



Kevin Mellor, said:



"I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Brammer.  It has excellent people and I
wish them well for the future."
