                            AGM CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT


At today's AGM, David Dunn, Chairman, Brammer plc said:

As indicated in our 2005 Annual Report, we expected our markets to remain
competitive.  Our trading experience during the first four months of 2006
continues to reflect this sentiment.

Satisfactory sales growth in both key accounts and traditional markets have
enabled us to counter margin pressure and encourage us to believe that, based on
current trading conditions, Brammer will achieve another year of good progress.
