                       Chairman's AGM Trading Statement



At today's AGM, Robert Ffoulkes-Jones, Chairman, Brammer plc, said:

In March I reported that we were trading well ahead of last year but were
alert to the implications of a slowdown in the US economy. Since then, in
Livingston, we have seen some weakness in the telecommunications market. In
Brammer Industrial Services, the UK business still shows no sign of
improvement, whereas our business on the continent continues to enjoy robust
markets and is trading well ahead of last year. If current trends continue we
expect a successful outcome to the year.
