Results of General Meeting

Further to the announcement by Braemar Shipping Services plc ("Braemar") on 7 September 2017 in connection with the conditional acquisition of the entire issued share capital of NAVES Corporate Finance GmbH (the "Acquisition"), Braemar announces that all resolutions put to the Shareholders at the General Meeting held today in connection with the Acquisition were duly passed by the required majority on a show of hands.

Proxy votes received by Braemar from Shareholders before the General Meeting are summarised below. There were 30,173,759 Ordinary Shares in issue as at the close of business on 22 September 2017 (being the total number of shares entitling holders to attend and vote at the General Meeting).

1. Any proxy appointments which gave discretion to the Chairman have been included in the "for" total.

2. A "vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the proposition of the votes "for" and "against" a resolution.

A copy of the above resolutions passed at the General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

It is expected that Completion of the Acquisition will take place later today. Braemar will make a further announcement once Completion has occurred.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms shall have the meaning as those set out in the "Definitions" section of the announcement issued by Braemar at 7.00 a.m. on 7 September.
