Results of Tender Offer and Shareholders' Meeting

The board of BlueStar announces that at the Company's Shareholders' Meeting held earlier today the two resolutions proposed, to approve the cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM and the adoption of new Articles of Association upon such cancellation becoming effective, were passed by the requisite majorities. The Company's admission to AIM will be cancelled on 22 November 2013 with the last day of trading being 21 November 2013.

The Company can also report that, as a consequence, its tender offer announced on 23 October 2013 ("Tender Offer") has become unconditional, and 4,754,050 ordinary shares, representing 6.5% per cent of the Company's issued ordinary shares immediately prior to completion of the Tender Offer, have been purchased by the Company under the Tender Offer and cancelled. As a result, the number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has reduced from 72,808,000 to 68,053,950.
