Notice of AGM and Annual Report and Accounts
BlueStar SecuTech Inc. ("BlueStar", or the "Company"), the AIM quoted (AIM: BSST) leading provider of digital video surveillance solutions to corporate clients in China, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 9:00am UK time (4:00pm Beijing time) on Friday 7 September 2012 at the Company's offices, 14(th) floor, Tower A, Chengjian Plaza, No.18 Beitaipingzhuang Road, Haidian District, Beijing (100088), PR China.
A conference call facility is being made available for shareholders to participate in the AGM. The Company invites investors to dial in to the conference call, details of which are set out below:
