           Blue Star Mobile Group plc ("Blue Star" or "the Company")

                            Resignation of Director


The Company announces that Jeremy Dale, non executive director of the Company,
has resigned with immediate effect from the Board. Jeremy has, since the
Company's admission to AIM, taken up a senior position in the USA. With his
increasing international commitments he believes that he cannot now continue to
fulfill his role at Blue Star.

Jeremy commented that he is sorry to be leaving Blue Star at this exciting time
of it's development and David Cromwell (chairman) thanked Jeremy for his
valuable contribution to the company since flotation.

David Machlachlan, currently the director of international business for the
Company, will move to the role of non executive director with immediate effect.
