TIDMEST TIDMESTZ THE EASTERN EUROPEAN TRUST PLC 20 June 2012 Results of the General Meeting Further to the announcement of The Eastern European Trust PLC (the "Company") on 20 June 2012, the Directors announce that at a general meeting of the Company's shareholders held today, the special resolutions authorising the bonus subscription share issue, the discretionary periodic tender offers and the change to the Company's articles of association were duly passed on a show of hands.
