Disposal of the Human Tissue Business

Further to the announcement on 13 July 2012 and the subsequent approval by Shareholders of the Resolutions at the General Meeting of the Company held on 30 July 2012, the Board is pleased to announce that the Disposal of the Human Tissue Business completed on 31 July 2012.

Following completion of the Disposal, the Company has settled in full the Secured Debt (being the SVB Debt and the BioSeek Loan Notes).

Except as otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms have the same meanings as set out in the Circular dated 13 July 2012.
